Job Title: Head of Psychological Therapies and Advocacy Services

Salary: £48,526 – £54,619 (depending on experience)

Hours: 37 Hours per Week

This post will be ideal for a person with a strong understanding of the NHS IAPT Programme (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies).

You will have strong management skills, the ability to think analytically and strategically whilst leading key national services.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and delivery of high-quality interventions to supporting the needs of Deaf people using BSL, in line with SignHealth’s strategic plan.

You will work closely with members of both the Senior and Executive Leadership Team within SignHealth.

Whilst the job is home based, you will be required to travel to meet the requirements of the role, for example to attend meetings, visit our services and teams etc.

Our ideal candidate will be deaf or have a BSL qualification or a willingness to learn BSL. They will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a management role within psychological therapy services and ideally experience of working in an IAPT service.

Good communication, the ability to influence, networking with local and national partners and complex decision making are all strengths we are looking for.
